As Junior Sales Manager in Madrid you will be responsible for perfect execution at the point of sale, being the visible face of Danone with our customers, leading actions to maximize our visibility and impact.
What will be your challenges?
* You will execute the commercial strategy at the point of sale, being direct contact with our customers in your area.
* You will negotiate extra visibility actions at the point of sale.
* You will participate in transversal projects of the commercial department.
* You will identify best practices to carry out at the point of sale.
* You will analyze the sales results of your area, all with the objective of growing sales in your sector and improving efficiencies.
For you to succeed in this position, we believe that it is positive to have:
* University Degree in ADE, Economics, Business or similar.
* Minimum experience of 1 year in Sales / Trade Marketing in FMCG companies.
* Very good communication skills.
* Tenacity, with ambition and desire to grow in the world of sales.
* Analytical and strategic capacity.
* English B2.
* Driving license.
