Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Source, identify, and screen potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial contact to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit of candidates/clients.
- Manage candidate/customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
- Facilitate the scheduling of meetings/callbacks and follow-up communication.
- Assist in pre-screening candidates and handling processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Previous experience in the same or similar fields is a plus.
