Position description / Job description
- Preparation, execution, follow-up and closing of general construction projects
- Contact with partners, subcontractors and customers
- Tendering of subcontractors, preparation of contracts and settlements
- Preparation of price analysis, quantity calculations and reports
- Authority administration, contact
- Material order
- Preparation of certificates of completion
- Management of transfer documentation
Expectations / Requirements
- Professional qualification (architect or construction engineer)
- 2-3 years of relevant preparation experience in the field of general contracting
- High level knowledge of Excel, Word and AutoCad
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Precise and independent work
- Complex process approach
- Category B driver’s license and minimum willingness to travel
